Trujillo studied drawing and painting with Manolo Lima.and with Carlos Tonelli.Vive in Punta del Este, Uruguay.  He has exhibited in numerous galleries and museums in Uruguay and abroad individually since 1986 and collectively since 1983. He received the fol awards 1983 First Prize for Drawing, 47th National Exhibition, Montevideo, 1984, Grand Prix IDB, Maldonado, 1990 Great Pan Am, MAAM, Maldonado, 1996, 100 Years of BROU Prize Award Montevideo, His works are part of collections of Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Spain, France, Holland, Hong Kong, England, Israel, Lebanon, Monaco, Uruguay, USA, Venezuela.
