Ann began her career with the Smithsonian Folk Life Festival and the Traveling Exhibition Service (SITES) before she did interior design with DC architect Hugh Jacobsen. She pursued a career in Old Master Paintings at Sotheby's, NYC, where she assisted with cataloging and client relations. Being behind the scenes provided an invaluable experience with paintings, dealers, museums and collectors. Returning to DC, she helped launch the Phillips Collection Contemporaries organization for young collectors and supporters of the museum while working in public relations for Fleishman Hillard.
Lisa began her career as a foreign exchange trader in Houston. The combination of a designer mother and constant family travel provided a foundation for her love of the arts. Many years of personal collection has honed a discerning eye for unique works. Her ability to incorporate them into beautifully curated personal spaces can be seen in her own homes and the many friends she has advised and assisted.
