Frank P. Phillips was born in 1974. He received his BA with High Honors from Hobart College in 1997 and received his MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art in 2005. He teaches Introduction to the Arts, Painting, Drawing, Photography, AP Studio Art, and Art History at Episcopal High School.
Phillips has had numerous solo exhibitions at Blenheim Vineyards, Charlottesville, VA; Honfleur Gallery, Washington, DC; Davis Gallery, Geneva, NY; and ANJ Gallery, Alexandria, VA. Recent group exhibitions include those at the Boston International Fine Arts Show, Boston, MA; Pride Fine Art, Alexandria, VA; Paperwork Gallery, Baltimore, MD; Angie Newman Johnson Gallery, Alexandria, VA; McLean Project for the Arts, McLean, VA; G-Spot Gallery, Baltimore, MD; the Brown Center, Baltimore, MD; the Fox Building, Baltimore, MD; Rice Gallery, Westminster, MD; the Bank Building, Baltimore, MD; among others.
